The client has a website with a service for tax return. The task for us was to develop a user-friendly app for mobile users of the service and to create an additional communication channel with clients.
We have developed a mobile app that allows you to get a tax refund without visiting the Tax Inspectorate. The service helps to fill out and submit the tax declaration in the form of 3-NDFL.
We have worked out the data synchronization mechanism, so the information that was previously added via the website, including the submitted declarations, is also available in the mobile app.
There are two available options:
- The user can entrust the completion of the declaration to the personal tax consultant, and then submit the ready documents to the Tax Inspectorate.
- If the user wants the declaration to be filled in and submitted for him, he can pay this service through the app and track the process at all stages until the tax deduction is received.
Once the option is selected and paid for, the personal tax consultant sends the exact list of documents to be uploaded to the chat. The user just take a picture of all the documents on the phone or upload photos to the app from the album. Then the tax consultant fills in the declaration. When the document is ready, the user is notified in the chat.
Consultations of a personal tax consultant are available at each step. In the app chat, the consultant will answer all the questions, help with the sending of the declaration to the Tax Inspectorate. At the same time it is possible to entrust him all the work on tax return.
The user is promptly notified of all important events with push notifications.
